Sam Gomberg, Tennessee Valley Energy Policy Associate, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy

Sam joined the SACE staff in Knoxville, TN, in August of 2008, as the Tennessee Valley Energy Policy Associate. His primary focus will be working on energy efficiency issues throughout the Tennessee Valley Authority’s operating region. Sam is an attorney. He studied environmental and natural resource law from Lewis and Clark University, and also obtained a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in environmental sciences from the University of Florida. While pursuing these degrees, Sam was fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a number of environmental issues, including state energy policy, commercial fishing policy, and e-waste recycling.
