I believe the final EIS could be out later this year or early next year.

We are waiting to see where it will go at Providence, AR. We want to build 3 house’s, but don’t want to start on them until we see where it is going, right now if they do not change it, the transmission lines will go across or really close to where we want to build, we bought the land back in Dec. 2014 not knowing about the Plains and Eastern Transmission Line was going to come right across or close enough not want to build on land. we are paying for land we can not build on, 3 families homes that was going to be build,
