		<description>I hope Georgia shows some real and not pretend interest soon on renewable energy. There is nothing inevitable about us being the leading state in the southeast. South Carolina has shown the lead in water management, transportation, and renewable energy while Georgia has ignored these issues hoping they would go away. What our legislators don&#039;t understand is once we fall behind then it will take years and perhaps decades to catch up because we will be starting at ground zero on numerous problems.</description>
